Chef John LaPosta has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years as one of the Capital Region’s most popular chefs. Prior to opening Innovo Kitchen John and his partner, Tina Kruger, owned and operated Maestros in Saratoga Springs. They sold the highly successful restaurant in 2015. Some of his other exciting experiences in the restaurant industry include a four-year position as the Executive Chef at Jack’s Oyster House in Albany, a position with the Conservatory Grille in Clifton Park, and a position as Executive Chef and Innkeeper at the Cambridge Hotel.
Chef John LaPosta has a vision for Innovo Kitchen to be the new standard by which all judge the local dining scene. He plans to do this by continuing to provide great energy, fine hospitality, and outstanding food. Everyone who comes to Innovo Kitchen knows John for his amazing food and unique style.
